Post Rectification Inspection
Post Rectification Inspection
Post-Rectification Inspection is a follow-up check after the developer has repaired reported defects in a new property (during the DLP). The purpose is to confirm:
Repairs are done properly, not just a quick fix.
No new issues appeared during rectification.
Work meets standards (CIS 7:2021, UBBL & industry guidelines).
Inspector will recheck finishes, leakage, electrical points, doors/windows, and overall workmanship using proper tools. A report is then issued to mark defects as rectified, incomplete, or poor quality, ensuring the owner can request further action if needed.
In short: It’s the final quality check to make sure your home is truly defect-free after repair.
