Once you accept our quotation, simply confirm the available inspection slot. A deposit secures your booking. 

Absolutely not. Our pricing is transparent—there are no hidden charges. 

A deposit (RM 50 - Penang / RM 100 - Other states ) is required to reserve your inspection slot. Upon inspection completion, we issue an invoice for the outstanding balance. The final report is released once payment is confirmed. All payments are conducted via online transfer.

Inspection duration depends on property size and condition but generally takes around 5-7 hours per unit.
